Consultation

The consultation is the first meeting between the client and Kelley Kolettis Designs. The appointment lasts up to 2 hours. We discuss your project, get a tour of your existing space, your goals for the new space, and your total budget. Kelley gets photos and measurements to refer to during the planning of your design. We discuss how much involvement you would like to see from our designer and then create a plan of action from there.

Some people really have a knack for interior decorating. There are a million options out there for everything and sometimes it's overwhelming trying to figure out what to choose or even where to start. Let me help you. I can walk with you through the house, discuss your ideas, make the lists, shop around, and give you a Project Book with all of the information you need to get the job done on your own time, at your own pace, and on your own budget. You have great ideas, let me help you make them real.
Spatial Planning
Sometimes, even a small change can make a huge difference to a troublesome area. This particular service, a Kelley Kolettis Designs specialty, offers the perfect way to bring out the best of any space that you can see before you commit to a full demolition-job. Kelley uses a computer program to input all of your measurements so you can see what will and won't fit before you even get started. These files will be yours to use and will be shareable with your contractor, electrician, plumber, etc. for easy communications.
Short-Term Rental Designs
Upgrade your short-term rentals with a new designer look. We work on AirBnBs, VRBOs, lake houses, mountain cabins, beach condos, and 2nd homes that are rented out throughout the year. We travel all over Arkansas, offer virtual consultations for locations too far for a 1-day drive, but can also travel outside of the state for larger projects.
